Semi fried tortillas dipped in black beans sauce folded and covered with Oaxaca cheese, parsley and onion. Served with your choice of: tasajo, cecina, chorizo, or eggs. Enfrijoladas de frijoles negros con quesillo, perejil, y cebolla con tu opción de tasajo, cecina, chorizo o huevo.
